It’s a two story 4 bed 2 bath house located at the end of a quiet street. It needed a total rehab. New roof, new flooring, new kitchen, and two new bathrooms. We also decided to furnish the home and use as a vacation rental. To top it all off, we legalized the basement to add useable square footage to the home and increase its value. This 3 bed 2 bath house backs up to a nature preserve. We took this one down to the studs and rebuilt the entire interior. We raised the ceiling all the way to the roof and exposed the cross beams to give it a real wow factor. We redid the flooring, transformed the bathrooms, and installed a beautiful open kitchen to complete the look. This was a buy and hold project rented at $2,600 per month giving each investor passive income.
